I'm having a hard time finding somewhere to reliably download. I'm part of a HET transportation company Heavy Equipment Transport and those damn manuals just disappear from the vehicles.
I want to put them all on CD and share them amongst the troops so they can load them on their laptops to use on the road - and LOGSA is not friendly. USAPA used to let me, but that time is in the past. I do not want to task supply with getting this, I've asked and ordered, they haven't been able to get it done in over a year.
